50-year public infrastructures: To pay construction by taxation, loans or bonds? Should there be sinking funds for public infrastructures to pay for renovation and upgrading? Development economists to advise, should the people pay for the cost of state land owned by the Govt for the benefit of the people? Hawker food prices? Who pay for price increases? Rising HDB hawker stalls and shops’ rental affect all – Keep the COL and food cost down in hawker centres; How? CDC S$100 vouchers; Going cashless in hawker centres?
