50-year public infrastructures: To pay construction by taxation, loans or bonds? Should there be sinking funds for public infrastructures to pay for renovation and upgrading? Development economists to advise, should the people pay for the cost of state land owned by the Govt for the benefit of the people? Impact on rising prices of HDB public housing prices [due to cost of town centres, hawker centres, multi-storey carparks, not benefiting the poor; the schools, universities, hospitals, polyclinics, all on State Land;
