Viable ways to share KL-S’pore HSR costs, and revenue? Study the cost and revenue scheme of the UK-France Cross-Channel rail system. If the HSR line is extended from Johor to Singapore, then Malaysia will pay 50% of the construction cost of the HSR line from KL to Johor.
